Life After America’s Got Talent... and Ellen |
||
|
He’s a classical pianist and an avid golfer. Meet the 13-year-old who exceeds the expectations of seasoned performers. “I do what they do and try to do better.” Arcadian Broad hit it big on America’s Got Talent. “I loved traveling and meeting Nick Cannon and all the celebrities. It was really special to be on the same lot as famous movies and game shows.” While Arcadian received great exposure from AGT, his career skyrocketed after his appearance on Ellen. His mom relived the moment for us: “The show couldn’t find our number, so they called our relatives. We didn’t take it seriously, but when I called back, it was Ellen herself. She loved Arcadian and wanted him on the show immediately. I said, ‘I think we can make that happen!’ She treated him like a big star.” We spoke to him and learned that this rising star is humble, polite and ahead of the game. Using the latest technology, Arcadian snagged himself an LA casting manager to pursue acting. “I use Skype to meet with agents, instead of flying back and forth. I’m auditioning for a new series, so stay tuned!” With SYTYCD auditions currently under way, we asked for his take on reality TV: “Be yourself and never back down from it. Always give it your best. ” Moral of the Story: Get a Broad perspective: “Never give up on what you believe in.” (And aim for Ellen while you’re at it.) |
