SYTYCD Season 5 premieres tonight. What’s your life been like since the show?

New Q&A with Courtney Galiano

The show definitely changed my life. I never thought I'd be doing some of the things I'd be doing. I moved to LA and I’m living with Katee and Comfort. I got the chance to tour 46 cities in the US and perform for almost 10,000 people 6 days a week with people I love. I got to see so many different parts of the country and experience so many things. After the tour, I did a commercial for Clearasil, which was great because I got to work with Nick Kenkel- the choreographer for Legally Blonde on Broadway. I also did a promo commercial for the Hannah Montana movie with Katee, and we learned a dance called the “Hoedown Throwdown”. One of my favorite jobs was for a new Nick Jr. sitcom that’s going to air in September. I got to dance with Gev, Katee, Comfort and Josh!

The show definitely gave me the chance to do some amazing things, like start my own clothing line with Heart and Soul Apparel and a make up line to be released in July! The show does wonderful things for dancers and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it.

Xoxo,

Courtney
