Grande Adéchiké |

|
If Adéchiké were a choice at Starbucks he would be “contemporary with a hint of flavor.” Adéchiké began his dance journey at six years old. After later training at the Boston Conservatory (wicked) and the New World School of the Arts (bien venido a miami), Torbert leaped his way to the head of his class and to the Top 4 on SYTYCD. Luckily, gendance was able to sweet-talk him into an interview before he danced away. Here’s what Torbert wanted to tell you: What’s the best advice that you have for gendancers? What’s the best piece of advice from the judges that you received? What’s the hardest thing about being on the show? What was your favorite dance this season? Of course. We love Des. Good call. Now, before we sign off, what’s your next step? Watch out Broadway, Adéchiké is headed in your direction. Or, LA, which is the opposite direction. But in any case, with his experience on SYTYCD behind him, he will surely outshine any spotlight that comes his way. |
